The 90210 beauty looked a million dollars while she was attending a twilight movie event. Where as Kim looked effortlesley glamourous for a Badgley Mischka event. But the question on everybodies mind is, Who broke the bank? And the answer, well Jennie Garth paid $367usd, and if you thought that was alot think again, Kim Kardashian paid almost double for her dress, she paided $695usd.
